Ikonic Dance Company provides dance education and training through classes, teams, workshops, rehearsals, events, and other programs for youth and adult participants.

By registering for an Ikonic Dance Company program, participants and, when applicable, their parent or legal guardian agree to the following:

Registration + Payment

Registration is confirmed once all required registration information and applicable payments have been received.

Pricing, tuition, deposits, payment schedules, and additional fees vary by program and will be communicated at the time of registration.

Participants enrolled in recurring programs or teams are responsible for keeping all required payments current according to their program's payment schedule.

Certain programs may require additional expenses, including costumes, footwear, competition fees, performance fees, travel expenses, or other program-specific costs. These will be communicated separately when applicable.

Attendance

Participants are expected to arrive on time and prepared to participate.

Attendance requirements vary by program. Teams, performance groups, competition programs, and other commitment-based programs may have additional attendance requirements.

Consistent attendance is especially important when preparing choreography, formations, showcases, competitions, or performances.

Excessive or unexcused absences may affect a participant's ability to participate in choreography, performances, competitions, or other program activities.

Additional rehearsals may be scheduled when necessary for performances, showcases, competitions, or special events.

Dress Code

Participants must wear clothing and footwear appropriate for dance and physical activity.

Appropriate attire may include sneakers or approved dance footwear, athletic shorts, sweatpants, leggings, comfortable tops, and other clothing that allows for safe and unrestricted movement.

Sandals, slides, slippers, heels, skirts, dresses, or other attire that may interfere with safe participation are not permitted unless specifically requested or approved by an instructor.

Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior toward instructors, staff, other dancers, guests, and facility personnel.

Disruptive, disrespectful, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from a class, rehearsal, event, or activity.

Repeated or serious behavioral concerns may result in a meeting with the participant and, when applicable, their parent or legal guardian and may affect continued participation in Ikonic Dance Company programming.

Program-Specific Requirements

Individual programs may have additional requirements regarding tuition, attendance, rehearsals, performances, competitions, costumes, scheduling, or participation.

Any additional requirements will be communicated through the applicable program registration information.

By completing registration, participants and/or their parent or legal guardian acknowledge and agree to follow both this Registration Policy and any requirements specific to the program for which they are registered.
