Refund + Cancellation Policy

Please review the applicable refund and cancellation policies before completing registration.

Drop-In Classes

All drop-in class purchases are non-refundable.

If a participant is unable to attend the class originally purchased, the amount paid may be used as a credit toward a future eligible Ikonic Dance Company class.

Class credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for a monetary refund.

Monthly Team Tuition

Monthly tuition payments for Ikonic Dance Company teams are non-refundable once purchased.

Participants and families are responsible for attendance during the applicable tuition period. Missed rehearsals or classes do not automatically qualify for a refund, tuition adjustment, or prorated payment.

Programs, Workshops + Events

Refund, credit, transfer, and cancellation terms for workshops, intensives, special events, training programs, and other limited-capacity offerings may vary.

Any program-specific refund or cancellation terms will be communicated during registration and will apply to that purchase.

Additional Fees

Unless otherwise stated, registration fees, costumes, team apparel or footwear, competition expenses, performance expenses, and other third-party or program-specific purchases are non-refundable once ordered, purchased, submitted, or otherwise committed on behalf of the participant.

By completing a purchase, the participant and/or parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees to the refund and cancellation terms applicable to their registration.
