Photo + Media Release

Ikonic Dance Company classes, rehearsals, teams, workshops, performances, competitions, events, and other activities may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded for promotional and training purposes.

By providing consent to this Media Release, the participant and/or parent or legal guardian authorizes Ikonic Dance Company to photograph, film, and record the participant during Ikonic Dance Company programming.

Photographs, videos, and other recordings may be used to promote, advertise, document, and represent Ikonic Dance Company through platforms and materials including:

• Social media
• Ikonic Dance Company websites
• Digital and printed promotional materials
• Advertising and marketing
• Training and educational materials
• Program and company recaps
• Other Ikonic Dance Company promotional platforms

The participant and/or parent or legal guardian understands that approved photographs and recordings may be publicly displayed and that no compensation will be provided for their use.

By accepting this Media Release, I acknowledge that I have read and understand these terms and authorize Ikonic Dance Company to use photographs and recordings of the participant for the purposes described above.
